I. TERMS OF USE

You agree to be bound by this Terms of Use, as well as any updates and changes that may appear or be made from time to time. Herein and from time to time this Terms of Use is also referred to as an Agreement between you and GORENTME. You hereby give ongoing consent to receive updates and notices regarding GORENTME Terms of Use, as well as any policy or information updates. By accessing, browsing, registering, posting upon, linking-to, and/or otherwise using this site, app, or platform, you additionally and explicitly agree as follows:

1. to comply with all the terms of this Agreement without deviation;
2. to use this site / app / platform only for lawful purposes;
3. not to use this site / app / platform in any manner that interferes with GORENTME security , normal operation, or third party user enjoyment and access;
4. not access this site / app / platform by any means other than through interfaces provided only by GORENTME or any third party duly authorized by GORENTME;
5. not to reverse-engineer, de-compile, jailbreak, re-compile, scrape, mine, hack, or otherwise interfere with any underlying coding in respect of any GORENTME site / app / platform, including by use or implementation of computerized scripts (bots);
6. not to use any third party software including anonymity software to access or post on any GORENTME site, app, or platform;
7. to post only accurate, informative, comprehensive, and truthful depictions and representations of subject available rentals;
8. to provide correct accessible unmasked contact information in any subject rental post;
9. not to post any profane, defamatory, raucous, obscene, or salacious words or images;
10. not to use software for uploading bulk or commercial-scale posts; and
11. not to run or display this site / app / platform or any information or material displayed on this site / app / platform in frames or through similar means on other platforms.

II. BREACH

Failure to comply with any of the above terms of use constitutes a breach of this agreement. Upon breach GORENTME reserves the right to cancel or terminate all access to this site / app / platform (or any part thereof) and/or your USER ACCOUNT. Upon breach you absolve GORENTME of any and all liability connected with your account and / or usage of this site, app, or platform. Any and all obligations by GORENTME, upon breach by you, cease instantly. Upon breach by you all liabilities to-date of GORENTME are instantly considered fulfilled and satisfied without any further obligation or duty to you. In the sole discretion of GORENTME and without advanced notice or liability to you or any third party, GORENTME may suspend, discontinue, modify or alter any aspect of the site / app / platform including, but not limited to:

1. restricting availability time;
2. restricting permitted usage; and
3. restricting or terminating user site / app / platform access.

III. USER ACCOUNT

To access this site / app / platform, you must create a user account (USER ACCOUNT). You agree to provide GORENTME select information for your USER ACCOUNT that is continuously true, accurate, current, and complete. Where any USER ACCOUNT information is - or is suspected to be - false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, GORENTME may suspend or terminate your USER ACCOUNT and prevent access to any portion or all of this site / app / platform. You are solely responsible for all usage or activity on your USER ACCOUNT including access to your USER ACCOUNT by third parties. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell or assign your USER ACCOUNT, your account information and/or this Agreement to any third party without explicit GORENTME written authorization. You agree to take all steps and measures necessary to keep your USER ACCOUNT information private, safe, and secure.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY

Use of the Site is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy (PRIVACY POLICY), which is hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. By using this site / app / platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of our PRIVACY POLICY.

V. AMENDMENTS

From time to time, GORENTME may amend this Agreement. You agree to review and be bound by any amended Agreement in order to have continuous access to this site / app / platform. Your continued access of this site / app / platform will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to this agreement. Your sole and exclusive remedy for disagreeing to any amendments to this Agreement is to discontinue usage of this site / app / platform.

VI. SITE MONITORING

This site / app / platform is generally not monitored. GORENTME expressly reserves the right to:

1. monitor, refuse to publish, remove, delete, move or edit any content without notice, at any time for any reason; and
2. delete from any listing or edit any falsehoods, inconsistencies, defamatory / salacious / offensive material, material infringing third party rights, or any material that is otherwise in breach of this Agreement.

VII. LIABILITY

By using this site / app / platform, you expressly agree that GORENTME:

1. is not be liable for any claims, actions or judgments arising out of or related to any content; and
2. may monitor, refuse to publish, remove, delete, move or edit any content without notice at any time for any reason, without any liability to you or any third party.

VIII. LINKING

This site / app / platform may provide links to third party sites for user convenience. The inclusion of these links does not imply or assert monitoring or endorsement by GORENTME. GORENTME accepts no responsibility for third party content.

IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site / app / platform design, text, graphics, sound, software, layout, data and other content, and the selection and arrangement thereof and any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right related thereto are the property of GORENTME exclusively. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material, code, or any GORENTME intellectual property. "Screen scraping", "database scraping", and other activities intended to collect, store, reorganize or manipulate material on this site / app / platform is strictly prohibited. By uploading or posting any content on this site / app / platform, you agree that you have all right, title and interest in any such data or other content (or have otherwise obtained all necessary licenses or consents to do so). You agree the posted content as it displays on this site / app / platform, is the property of GORENTME, and you accordingly hereby assign all right, title, and interest in said posted content upon uploading or posting onto this site / app / platform.

X. SOLICITATION

Regarding any posting, inquiry, or communication directly related to any subject rental - solicitation, poaching, spamming, or harassing users is strictly prohibited.

XI. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify GORENTME and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, content providers, and the like, and to defend and hold each of them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) which may arise from your unauthorized use of material obtained through this site / app / platform, or from your breach of this Agreement, or from any such acts through your use of this site / app / platform.

XII. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

GORENTME disclaims any and all warranties in respect of any and all posted content. GORENTME and its affiliates do not verify, check, or screen postings on this site / app / platform. For greater certainty, GORENTME has no affiliation or financial interest with any subject rental on this site / app / platform, or any landlord, tenant or other person who may use this site / app / platform. The site / app / platform and the services herein are provided "as is", "as available" and "with all faults". Caveat emptor applies to all users of this site / app / platform. GORENTME and its affiliates expressly disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, timeliness, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral, in writing or in electronic form, including but not limited to the products, or services offered or sold on or through the site, app, platform, or any other site / app / platform to which this may link, as well as the accuracy or completeness of any information contained or provided therein. GORENTME does not represent or warrant this site / app / platform for uninterrupted access or fitness for any purpose.

XIII. LIABILITY LIMITATION

XIV. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of this Agreement is adjudicated unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision is deemed severed and does not affect the validity and enforcement of any remaining provisions. This Agreement may be assigned by GORENTME, without notice and inuring to the benefit of GORENTME successors, assigns and licensees. Failure of GORENTME to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision, or to exercise any right under this Agreement, is not a waiver or relinquishment of that or any other right or performance provision herein.

XV. FORUM CONVENIENS

In any dispute, breach, or claim, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any provincial or federal court in the Province of Ontario. In any dispute, breach, or claim, you agree to submit and be governed exclusively to the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.

XVI. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and GORENTME with respect to this site / app / platform, services herein, and your use of same. In the event of a conflict between or among this Agreement and any other documents referenced in this Agreement, this agreement supersedes any documents referenced herein.
